Looks like it might be off of a "burst" trigger. The second disconector turns thr burst cam on each round fired. Your hammer also looks like a hammer from an auto not the semi-auto parts.

M16A2 3 rd burst trigger mech.
Looks like its missing a few parts, or itd just a std FA trigger/hammer

Thanks for the info. Does it require registering the lower with ATF to install these triggers?

you can not be in possession of that trigger group and a firearm that it can fit without your tax stamp...doesn't have to be installed.

Doesn't it require a full auto sear to be functional? From the technical stuff, I'm seeing that a normal AR is machined so you can't even install a full auto sear, meaning this would be a waste in a run of the mill AR?

To my knowledge only a few ARs are machined in such a way as to block installation of an auto sear. Yes, it would be required to convert. However it is a moot point. As the law has been explained to me, you cannot install any part from and m-16 in an ar-15 whether it makes it full auto or not. Guys used to do this because m-16 parts were cheap. BATFE considers possession of m-16 parts and an ar-15 as "constructive possession of an unregistered machine gun" (i.e. felony). Personally I would get rid of them.
