From the camera's perspective, that is a quad sitting in front of a tank. "in front" actually being "starboard aft quarter".

I did a "drug deal" for an old SF quad that we "borrowed”" a trailer for to move kenneled dogs around, and saw some of the GMV's or whatever those bastardized SF HMMWV's were that used to have mini guns on them, but never saw one of those, and my last camp was a joint SF base. I think it was the Lithuanian SF guys that had motocross bikes that were pretty slick.
