Honestly it seems gay to me. It takes all the fun and challenge out of long range shooting. I don't do it to only get hits, I do it to challenge myself. Without the human element then it would not be fun. Not to piss in your cheerios, just my .02

1200 yards max effective range for 338 lapua? I don't own a lapua but I feel 1200 yards max for 338 lapua is like walking around with a limp dick.

$27,000.00 huh? You know how many great custom rifles one could build with good glass? Or how many training classes one could take? I get it... This is for the cod fanboys who think point and click is all there is to it. Instant gratification.

Haha, here we go again. $27,000 is an awful lot of money just to limit yourself to the maximum range. Like JBNj said, why buy a .338 LM that can't reach even close to its full potential.

That said, I would love to see a less experienced shooter show up to a local match and see how he/she stacks up against the more experienced guys with their traditional rifles. It would be interesting to see how much technology can compensate for a lack of experience and training.
