Impact action bolt knob options

Im starting to get used to and liking 419 knob more and more and feels like i could cycle bolt bit faster and easier with 419 knob finger grove.
Is anyone using this knob on their impact and what or who makes adaptor for it?? Is it same as surgeon apa adaptor?

Ive been trying to solve this.calling surgeon,apa and impact today..although they do share thread pitch (5/16x24) the surgeon has .432 handle diam to match apa adaptor impact has .406
Im trying to get 50 adaptor in black make to match impact handle diam and maybe sell them here for low cost

I’m looking at doing the same just to try. Would like to try the impact round kind but I can’t seem to find one.

I got a buddy that made one for his that turned out good. He made several for people on here with the seekins havac rifles. He would probably do some adapters if there was some interest and you could run whatever know you wanted.

He also made his extend just a little further which seems nice. Mine handle doesn’t have much room to get by the scope.

This is the one I did for myself besides all the Seekins you see from above pics let me see what type of time I’m looking at to make them the big thing is I don’t cerakote just machine work and curious of the material people would want aluminum or stainless.

Did anyone end up making these adapters to run the 419 bolt knob?

I have both the APA and 419 Defiance adapters and they are both different diameter than the Impact. They work but the fact that the OD of the handle doesn’t match drives me nuts.

Hey buddy. Thanks for asking but I don't think the KMW knob would be compatible with their action.

If I am not mistaken (and I am often) all of their handle profiles are pretty long like the Defiance Rebel/Deviant and BAT actions that take small knobs on the end.

The KMW knobs are made to best blend and work on actions that have bolt handles already short so that the finished handle length including the new knob is not excessive. The KMW would probably make the Lone Peak super long and would definitely not blend well at the joint without a fair amount of work.

I could sell you one but would rather not have you disappointed in the result....

Thanks for the response. I’ll take it apart and compare to impact. I haven’t had a chance to look at the actual handle.
