Do any of you make your own or do you just buy them?

I have done both. But mostly now, I just use sheets that I've created in a spreadsheet, sized to print on card stock or 5-1/2 x 8 index cards.

made my own with a similar look and feel to the impact sheets...but with some of the cells modified for my needs.
