Gunsmithing in need of gunsmith

I'm moving to washington state and I'm looking for a good gunsmith to build a bolt action rifle for me. Thank you.

I'll say it first...

What do you want the rifle for? What's your definition and budget for 'good'? Why do you want one made rather than off the shelf? Don't get me wrong. All my rifles are from the same smith and I'd recommend him in a heartbeat but you'll get asked these questions and more (caliber etc).
