Mine are very crisp/firm and a definite "click" when dialing. I'm very pleased with mine.

Mine arrived last week but I'm not home for another week so I'll have to wait to try it out. I asked EuroOptic about the turrets and they said the scopes are recently manufactured so they're fine. The turret thing was mostly just an issue for the first month or two of manufacturing as best I can tell.
