Been trying to get this rifle done for a couple of years. Had parts done as money would allow. I think its finally done and I finally got it out into the "field"........at least the fields I shoot in. Rifle is my go-to all-around prairie rifle. Everything from varmints to mule deer with plenty of dirt clods and pop bottles in between.

Range is 300 yards or so, winds were howling pretty good......
Target is one of Kurt's #2....17x10inch spring loaded targets. I fired first 6 at CM and clearly didn't hold enough for wind. I then went for the "head" orange square which is about an inch. Should have stopped after first round impacted it solid. I didn't. I got happy, broke my position. Worse yet, I got scared of the wind and subconsciously refused to hold the proper elevation as I feared losing one "over the shoulder" if I misread the wind. So, all in the second group ended up impacting low....and freakin off to the side anyway!
