Ordered in some PMC 168bthp yesterday and took them to the farm today. I fired 2 fgmm followed by 2 pmc to check my 100 yrd zero. All rounds fell in poa. I dialed 1.6mil and took them to 300. I fired 3rnds of PMC followed by 2rnds of fgmm at my 12x12 steel plate. All 5 rounds were in my almost 1 moa painted spot. So, at $22 a box I think I'll keep some lying around for when my reloading time gets thin. I'm running it through my Rem 700 20" VLS with Cyclone k.

Re: incomplete range report

I used some of the top end PMC Gold Hunting ammo years back. They were the first "big" company loading Barnes X and Barnes XLC bullets. I can honestly say that it was TOP notch, I easily got sub MOA 3 shot groups with it in my stock Colt Light Rifle in .300 WM. I tried loading for it and could do no better so I used the PMC Gold for hunting the the few years I had CLR.

As side note the CLR could have been the best and best selling hunting rifle out if Colt had supported it and improved it. It was about 90% perfect out of the box.

PMC is decent ammo and sometimes you can get it cheap. Z
