increasing grain weight

I currently run 40.7 grains of H4350 with a 105 Berger Hybrid. This load puts me around 3100fps.

I was only able to acquire 109 bergers recently. How much more powder should the 109s acquire to stay in the same node? I was planning on doing a ladder test with a few tenths above and below current load and then mess with seat depth unless someone with experience says it will require substantially more which I assume it should not.

I ask so I don't waste a lot of unnecessary development. consumables are tough to find right now.

Use the same powder weight then tune your seating depth for the node. Velocity will go down slightly but you'll save powder.

I did preliminary load tests with both the 105 and 109 in my 6 Creed and speeds were very close for the same charge.

I'm running a 6 creed as well. I assumed as much but just wanted to confirm. Thanks guys.
