I wondered that myself since everything is opposite. Mag well, fold direction,and bolt. It must be. Scope is wrong too.

Looks pretty similar to the 2 London made John Rigby bipods I have. The owner died last year and the company folded. It's for me curious if it is made by the same people. They don't have any info on their site about where they are located. The price is about the same too.
