inflatable, arm attach bag/ rest for comps?

I saw several shooters using these large bags under their supported arm. They are large and look like they inflate to give more support when shooting
with baracades etc. Who makes them?

I can see how you would mistake these for guys wearing pool floaties on their arms. Yeah definitely the pump pillow.
