Gunsmithing Inlet?

Looking for some info on who might be able to inlet a McMillan A5 stock for me. I currently have a A5 inletted for a SA Rem 700 bdl and varmint. I looking to open it up for a Surgeon 591R, Seekins DBM, and Krieger #17.

Any info would help, Thanks.
