Just got 4 of these from Kyle for install.. how are you guys installing them on your stocks (McMillan/Manners/HSP/ect)? Are you using a threaded spacer through the stocks? Or just a tube with a long screw and nut on on other side. I'm thining I'd like to have a threaded spacer bedded into the stocks then hex or star screws.

I've been thinking about getting on of these cheek rest for my hsp. Do you know if there's enough space left between the screw holes after adding the spacers? My concern is having the screws too close together that the area in between becomes too weak. The karsten seems to place the screws a bit farther apart but havent played with one personally

I made a spacer threaded on both sides inserted thru the stock. Been working great so far.
