Interesting win in a court case about other weapons that helps a bit in the struggle for freedom

Couple things:
"His sons are now grown". Fuck a lot of good it did him didn't it. This is part of my bitch, that it takes so damn long. That law should have been deemed unconstitutional about 3 seconds after it was written.
Next: Mere ownership/possession of an object should not be unlawful. I mean I own a cock, should I be put in jail for attempted rape just for walking around in public.

It is a pleasant surprise to see that they actually quoted the 2nd Amendment to address a type of weapon that the Founding Fathers probably had no knowledge of. It is still a step in the right direction but over here in the USA, the citizen's main tool of personal defense is the HANDGUN. So they should get off their butts and start making bigger strides in the right direction.

From the article:
The chuka stick can kill, and is rightly added to the list of weapons prohibited by section 265.00 of the Penal Law.”

A pencil can kill if it is used in the right way. But in the world of contact range weapons, the hands-down most lethal is a fixed blade or lockback tactical knife. By the time you get those fancy spinning sticks into any position to be useful, I would have gotten at least a stab/twist/yank combo in. No offense meant to those who can actually fight with them, but pull a 'chuck on someone in America, you are gonna get laughed at.

One error in the article Massachusetts doesnt ban nun chuks per se they just limit your capacity to carrying either the nun or the chuk but not both in tandem.

Together they are considered a "high capacity stick".

If that is the case, that would also mean that male porn stars are legally barred from the state of Massachusetts...
