No. Simply put there really isn't one. The best one I have seen is the one that is included in Quickload. It is long and pretty in depth. You really need to pay attention when reading it also.

Simply put, there are only a handful of PhD types on the planet that can can discuss explosion and combustion theory in-depth enough to be able to model/teach it.
Back in the day when I was working on .gov projects, it took us 18 months to find and hire a "combustion modeler". As you can imagine, he was a PhD and he could not communicate on our level, much less write a book for public consumption! But, the guy knew how to predict forces and reactions when shit blew up, I'll give him that.

If you can locate a copy that you can afford, Ken Howell has a book that's now out of print.
I haven't been able to find one for less than $300. The help documentation in QuickLoad is excellent but not "easy reading".
