Scot Spooner

17-year veteran of the U.S. Army, 14 of which were spent within the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. He is well known in the SOF community for many of his talents but more so for his unparalleled knowledge and experience with instruction, explosives and breaching. Scot has devoted a large portion of the last 15 years of his life to better understanding explosives and breaching, in an effort to increase safety and efficiency with explosives and breaching. Scot possesses a unique ability to teach advanced material in an easily digestible manner. Scot’s more specific expertise rests solidly upon a diverse foundation of skills and experience covering all capabilities found within the Special Forces Community, including eight months of Direct Action combat experience while assigned to a Special Missions Unit.

Tom Spooner

21-year Veteran of the U.S. Army, 15 of which were spent within the U.S. Army Special Operations Command. His reputation as an Operator and Sniper is second to less than a handful of his immediate peers. Tom's uncanny ability to teach Close Quarters Battle (CQB), Sniper Operations and high stress decision-making and planning, can be directly traced to his 40 months of Direct Action combat experience in a Special Missions Unit over a decade of deployments. Using his 21 years of tactical experience and mastery, Tom has efficiently condensed his knowledge into precise and effective customized instruction and application plans, and is arguably the most experienced and qualified tactics instructor currently available in the private sector.

Jasper Davis III

26-year veteran of the U.S. Army, 15 of which were spent within the U.S. Army Special Operations Command as a Green Beret. Jasper is well known in the SOF community for many of his talents, but more so for his ability to find innovative solutions to complex problems. During his 26-year career Jasper has conducted numerous operations from the tactical to the strategic level, often working alone. Jasper’s specific area of expertise is in Advanced Special Operations activity, with 38 months of operational time in foreign countries, 16 of those months in combat, in both Iraq and Afghanistan. In addition, Jasper has spent 10 months conducting classified assessments of Strategic Assets in the US both pre and post 9-11. During his career Jasper has trained countless soldiers from the US and foreign armies in Combat Marksmanship, Close Quarters Battle and Small Unit Tactics.
