Rifle Scopes IOR 3-18 help resetting turrets to zero on non zero stop

Can anyone give me some direction and resetting the turrets to zero on this optic? I do not believe it is as simple as loosening the three sets cruise and the elevation turret or the windage turret.

Loosen the four set screws (the larger ones) around the top of the turret, turn to "0" then tighten the screws evenly.

That's all there is 3 screws. Loosen them about two turns, slide the knob to zero making sure you only slip and don't click, and retighten.
