Rifle Scopes IOR 35mm Rings - 7/16" or 1/2"- Help Please

Can someone tell me the size of the mounting nuts on the IOR Valdada Heavy Duty Tactical 35mm Rings? Are they 7/16" or 1/2"

...and they are damn fine rings. I really like the 35mm aluminum version - nice quality control.
