Rifle Scopes IOR Ring Height

I'm looking at buying IOR's 1.1-4 Tactical scope. They offer their 'medium' and 'high' rings along with their scopes. Anybody have any experience with these on an AR? Which ones seem to work best? Any idea on height over bore with the different sets of rings?

I think i went with medium for my qr-ts but I'm not positive. I know you want the center line of sight of the scope to be about 1.5" above the rail. (at least I do)

Just did some measurements and you definitely want the high rings which will put your center line of sight at 1.35" above the scope base.
