I have an older IOR scope on my 300WM. I had it on a 308 previously. I noticed shooting it yesterday that after a couple shots, when I would look through it the image was fuzzy and would take a couple seconds to settle down. This is my first venture into magnum cartridges so my question is "Is the fuzzyness my eye settling from the recoil or the scope settling from the recoil?". It has a very effective brake on it and is not uncomfortable to shoot at all.
