I have thought about this. It could be for a couple reasons:
1. The reports are true, the MOPs didn’t do thier job.
2. The centrifuges were indeed destroyed but the material was moved to other locations - make it, move it; repeat continuously and disperse the finished product across multiple sites FOR YEARS so as to preserve as much as possible while allowing the known production site to be hit while preserving the uranium as well as other unknown production and storage sites.
3. They had advanced knowledge the strikes were coming and GTFO was the order for all critical items that were not bolted down. See #2. I mean, hell, it was all over the news and internet before it happened. It’s almost like it was intentional telegraphing and backchanneling. Not totally unlike the missiles being shot into Qatar, which has its own series of implications.
4. The Iranians are completely and irredeemably stupid and inbred to the point that they left everything there and it was actually obliterated.
what are the odds that ONLY #1 or #4 is totally correct? Even the Iranians aren’t that stupid. I wager the threat is still there.

Go about 3:50 into the interview. He goes into depth how the Administration knows the bombings worked. Even noted if they got the materials out Isfahan was the only place they can enrich it to weapons grade and the whole facility was top side, Israel took it out and the US made sure of it. Even the head of the IAEA says they have been set back years.
What I am saying is that they most likely have backup sites. The “two is one and one is none” rule applies here. Probably more than that if they have any common sense. It’s not like Bibi just now threatened them and tried to get the US to help out.
That also opens the door to the potential of highly refined uranium if another unknown site took it the final step.
Regardless, after this dust up they will be pursing it with extra intensity and weaponize it. No government that wasn’t destroyed will forego pursuing better arms for the next conflict.

Pretty sure Israel or most likely the US keeps tracks of all the movements and components of making a nuke in or around Iran. From my understanding, even if they sent out the material to say NK, Russia, China ect. There is a way to find out the country of origin.
Well the most obvious is that its an assessment made and presented to the president before the strikes , just because he likes to tell a story does not make it true.

Iranians called in to announce the exact target they would stike just so no one would be hurt, then launch 12 missiles , about what Qataris could defend .US of course does not respond to having its base attacked . The next day case fire is declared. Days after all three actors have celebrations of victory.
Boeing gets a contract for follow on MOP after courrent one turned out to be lacking and 70% of the stock was expended in a single mission.
US Swiss embassy phone bill is of the charts not because some one was calling singles hotline but for all the calls in and out of Tehran as the kabuki was being coreographed in near real time.

The fact of the matter is there’s not a swinging Richard in this thread that actually knows the degree to which these strikes were successful. All speculation colored by each individual’s personal perspective, which is also colored by one’s current opinions relative to the current Administration and the federal government in general.
