Today it's all over the news that the minister for education wants to ban the teaching of religion in Ireland saying that he wants the education system to become more pluralist .. He mentions on the same statement that more cultural diversity of the a hooks means that Christianity is no longer relevant ........
Though born and raised a catholic I prefer to think of myself as a Chtistian ... I believe I have taught them a good basis of Christianity and I hope taught them well . The Islamic Schools spokesperson then comes out and says that a " true cultural diverse society should also tea h the Koran ... The Jewish spokesperson also welcomed the decision ...

Hindu .... very soon I won't even be able to bring my kids to church if I want to . I will have to seek permission to practice my own faith . I'm not even a regular church goer but I'm absolutely astounded ....
What do you think the chances of this happening in Saudi or Jeruselm . Not a fucking hope .. I'm all for different cultures coming here and living and working but god almighty this is a Christian Country ....
This is not good ... There are parts of the UK that can't even put up Christmas lights in their own town centre because it "OFFENDS" other faiths ...
