Is 4831SC easier on throats vs RL26 and H1k?

I'm curious if anyone has any data comparing the powders vs barrel life. I would be looking to use it in a 25 creed and 25 SST running 131 ace bullets in both (if I can get velocity before pressuring out with the SST)

Personally I don’t think it makes enough of a difference to matter.
I do know H4831SC is very happy in short magnums pushing light bullets.
