The short answer is no...it isn't legal for export to New Zealand without proper export permits, etc., etc. The Elcan scopes are ITAR restricted.

What about a Acog?
I see they are sold in New Zeeland. But I have a member interested in mine, but before I ship it I better make sure it is legal.
