biden is shown in lots of video doing very questionable things. so i would not say pedos dont misbehave in public.
whether they were his daughters or not, something upset that girl rather quickly. i’ve been around young girls; one was my step daughter and was very young, and the other was a 13-15 year old teenager. and i promise you, i was always acutely aware of any contact i had with them. there was zero chance my hand would just happen to land somewhere it had no business being. ever.
