Been a while since I last used a Mac. Do you have the chance to remove cookies, browsing history, preloaded sites and images, cache, and such?

He you restarted the Mac?

I was able to get to their homepage (just now) with no problem from my iMac and iPhone. If you haven't tried so already, clear your browsing history from Safari and then do a complete shutdown and restart.

Are you using Safari, Chrome, or Firefox as your browser? I’m starting to wonder if you inadvertently blocked that URL since I can reach on all of my devices from different browsers

Im using Safari,How do i check if i blocked the URL.

Okay - if you're using Safari, then it's not too likely that you accidentally blocked the site because there are a few steps that you'd have to take through System Preferences to do it (as far as I know).

What error message do you see when you try to access their site? Can you post a screen shot?

The message reads,Safari can't establish a secure connection to the server.

Okay - do know when the last time was that you updated Safari? If it's an older version, then it's possible that McMillan's website doesn't meet Apple's minimum crypto standards and it will through that warning message up rather than make the connection.

To figure out what version you are on currently, go into Safari and click the "About Safari" option in the drop-down menu that will appear if you click on the "Safari" from the menu bar inside the browser. You should be at least on version 12.0.1 or 12.0.2 right now. If not, then make sure to run the software update option from the "About this Mac" link (Click on the Apple icon at the top left of the screen and then select "About this Mac"). Let me know if you still have trouble after that and I can suggest one more thing to try

Do you have any Safari extensions running? If so, you could try turning them off one by one to see if any of them are causing the issue. Also, have you tried any other browsers (chrome or Firefox) to see if the problem persists for the site?
