I just bought a SWFA SS 10x, when looking through it the reticle is completely blurry to me. I have 3 other scopes all 10x and they all are crystal clear for me. Here's where it gets weird, I borrowed a family members pair of glasses and the reticle on the SWFA cleared up. But I've never felt like my vision is particularly bad and have never and still don't have a hard time reading small words even from a few feet away... And again my other scopes have never gave me any issues. So I'm wondering if something is wonky with my scope and the glasses just fix the wonkyness, or maybe the reticle is just too fine or something? I'm asking because I want to know if i should send it back and get a new one or send it back and get my money back. Has anyone else had an experience like this?

Good news guys I'm not going blind, yet... This was my first scope that wasn't $30 from Walmart so I didn't know it had an eye piece adjustment, I turned it a revolution and the reticles perfectly clear now!

Glad you got the reticle nice and clear now! There is a correct way to adjust the eyepiece. I prefer to lay prone in the house within 3 or 4 feet of a brightly lit wall. Adjusting your eyepiece so it is nice and sharp is best done like that so nothing else in your field of view distracts your focus on the reticle. Once you have it focused lift your head and look at something else in the room then drop back down on the scope quickly. Your reticle should be in focus to your eye almost instantly. Once I get my scopes adjustment set I put a mark on the eyepiece and one on the scope tube so I always know where to rese

^^^ But to add, scope set on max magnification (yes, yours is fixed at 10x, so not applicable) and parallax focus set to Infinity when you do the above procedure.
