Rifle Scopes Is NF 2.5-10x32 a dual-purpose product?

Does anyone know if NightForce 2.5-10x32 falls under dual-purpose goods and cannot be exported without additional paperwork?

I'm buying from one of the forum members, but want to make sure it won't be blocked by US Customs.

Any idea where to find this info?

Just make sure they list it as sporting optics on the package/customs form
