I've run mine in the last 2 competitions i've been to (picked it up a little over a month ago). Once I got it all figured out, it has been almost perfect on every wind and elevation call out to 1050 yards. I have been very impressed, and i've stopped using the programs on my phone.

Have one on order and will let you know once I have a chance to check it out. I have been using a Kestrel 4000 for over 10 years now and is an excellent piece of equipment. I have several ballistic programs on my iPhone and wanted everything in one package.

Can you give me a quick rundown of how you have yours setup? The owners manual gives more "engineering" explanations of functions vs good examples of real world use.
