Any speculation on what those three objects following the orb after impact might be?

Something(s) knocked loose from the main orb, but staying in formation?

Parts of the missile knocked off from the impact, and then caught up in a gravity well/gravity drive?

It’s all fake, and just more fear porn to keep us distracted from something else?

while it’s a lot of fun to speculate on alien objects and I don’t disbelieve the possibility, this one makes me laugh. “Oooh!
