Is Varget just for heavier bullets in .223?

Is Varget just for heavier bullets in .223 or will it shoot the lighter say 55 grain bullets?

Do you have a recipe you would be kind enough to share?
I would be shooting it out of a BM Predator with a 1:9 twist

I've used it for 52s and 55's no problem and sub MOA accuracy. But not as good as say h322 or h335. At least not with my limited use of it.

You'll get more velocity out of the faster Hodgdon powders like Benchmark, 335, and 4895.
335 and Benchmark are both great in my 223AI with 50's.

It's accurate with light bullets but not the fastest velocities. 26 grains was suggested to me and works well.
