So went to put on my BCM Large Latch charging handle on my Armalite AR-10A4 and it doesn't fit. The bottom the handle hits the top of the lower receiver. Is there any easy fixes or handles (ie PRI) that would work? Pic of it below.

Call me crazy, but it looks to me like you could just shave a bit of the bottom of the latch and it'd clear no problem.

Thats what ive been considering. But of course there would be no warranty and im not sure how that would affect the handles strength.

That's weird. I have seen the BCM CHs on other AR-10 and LR-308 rifles and never witnessed any fitment issues.
That said, I run PRI GB handles on mine without issue regardless of which latch I run...I've got some with the Military big latches and a couple with the serrated, combat latches. I prefer the serrated latch personally, but to each their own.

Probably won't affect the strength of the handle much at all, provided you just shave it down so it fits. A little metal taken off shouldn't provide a durability issue in my opinion.
Better than having it as a paper weight on your desk.

Yea im not trying to return it. I really need it too, my Leupold Mk4 kinda gets in the way.

I just dont see where the diff is. The website says it fits Armalite and I cant find any other cases of this online.

So, went to the local gun store and picked a medium latch and it fits perfectly. The designs aren't similar at all! So FYI, might wanna steer away from the large latch if you have an Armalite.

I don't have a 7.62 handle for comparison, but your first handle looks exactly like the one on my 5.56 Noveske. Looking at the pictures on Bravo Company's site, their 7.62 handle has the flat bottom just like your medium latch handle

FYI, Bravo Co changed the website. The BCM charging handles no longer state they fit Armalite...

Yea I put a medium latch on it now. If you look at the picture a few posts up there is an obvious difference in the med vs large handle. Dunno if they were all made that way or just the newest batch. Either way i'm happy with the med latch from BCM. And Masked I saw that Rainier CH, but i've never heard anything about them prior so I just stuck with BCM. Def a nice looking part though.
The design of the Gunfighter has changed, it is not sort of like the PRI gasbuster. The picture above shows the older type and the newer type. It apparently is the newer type that won't fit the Armalite.

Why not just de-pin the latch from the charging handle and re-pin it to your factory charging handle? Thats what I did with mine- not alot of manufacturers that make specific stuff for ArmaLite fans- here's my latch-
