Wife made me an old fashioned when i got home. Not too shabby

I was having a beer on my last meeting of the day that ended at 1730.
boss asked if it was cold and that was all.
He probably has never had a beer from a can, more of a wine or Manhattan kinda fella.
dinner is nearly done now.

Only way to drink em! But actually it's humid as fuck here too so it looks better than it is.
No they don’t! I was wrestling around with my brother in his kitchen when we knocked over his room mates fryer, dumping grease all over his oven and behind a dishwasher. The only cleaning product they had was straight ammonia. It was single handily the worst non bodily fluid indoor disaster I have ever witnessed.
Whiskey sours... fresh-squeezed lemons and limes, simple syrup right off the stove, and my go-to whiskey for mixed drinks, Crown Royal. Shaken over ice until ice cold and served over ice with a couple cherries..soaked in moonshine in my case, regular for SWMBO. Wife and I both have tomorrow and Saturday off...gonna try to talk her into some nekked hot tub time!

Yeah, we’re following the recipe in Ina Garten’s latest cook book...except Crown instead of Jack; pretty much love any of her recipes, including the drinks!
