Movie Theater It pisses me off

I was watching one of the sniper shows on History Channel. The talking head is going on about long range bullets. Then he talks about the .308 sniper bullet and is showing a 7.62x39. I nearly screamed at the tv.

Thats all.

Kinda like I was watching Numbers last night and some thug was blasting a full auto rifle (looked like a 30 cal something or another ) and one of the investigators said it was a "High Caliber" round.
So I shoot high caliber rifles now.

Kinda like last night on the military channel Marine Snipers when the main sniper dude said that a gallon of water adds about 6lbs to your pack.

Ha! This reminds me of when I was still a boot in the Corps. We all agreed that watching action movies weren't what they were before joining the Corps. So what does a squad of grunts do? Hell, we rented 80's action movies and went to package store after. Made a drinking game on all the b.s. we could spot in the movies. Soon we had a couple of platoons in one room, Fun times!

I caught the water one too! Way to many rucks with a 43.5 lbs of water riding on top! 5 gallons of water 40lbs, USGI Jerry Can 3.5 lbs.

Yeah Ive been noticing in a lot of movies the "Full Auto" machine guns are GSG-5 .22lr with a 20 round mag. Better watch out.
