She was likely not even born when Yugoslavia fell apart let alone to have lived through any dictatorship there.
Second ,she is selling total and absolute bullshit in much of it 180° opposite of what really went on in the Balkans.

1) I can discuss things that happened before I was born. WWII for one example
2) much of what she is talking about happened in the middle 90's. But I'm not going to guess a lady's age but that's not that long ago.
3) Even if she is wrong about the Balkans (I doubt it) she is right about America.
