Hunting & Fishing jacket options

I put this here because I will be hunting in this jacket too. I need a relatively lightweight jacket that is quiet, waterproof, and either black or tan. I was looking at the Crye Field Shell. I will be layering under it and I prefer something that is not insulated. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Rivers West is some good stuff. I have multiple buddies who swear by it. We held a garden hose to one with pants and jacket on for 3 minutes. No water seeped through.
