JAE-700 owners... have any of you used a thinner recoil pad to get below their 13.375” minimum adjustment?

I'm not an owner, but I did look at them real hard when I was starting the Nucleus build for my kids. I emailed them about LOP @ [email protected] Got a response which I will quote below:

Hi Don,

Our standard LOP is 13.375” so a little long for your 6 year old. Longer LOP is gained by adding optional Butt Spacers.

Weight is about 5.75 lbs not including if you add the Arca Rail or other Optional Accessories.

Well Don at least I know I’m in good company with my short arms, lol. Thanks for for chiming in and I hope you found a good alternative for the kids.
