just wondering if any one has tried to get a NFA trust made by the JAG office on their military instalation? Is this a subject that is even appropriate to go to JAG for? Is it somthing they could do? Any oppenions would be greatly apreciated.

With the way firearm owners were being treated when I got out in 08 i wouldnt get anywhere near JAG for the trust, also if you live in base housing you are SOL anyway, NFA items were banned with no exceptions on every Base I lived on. Just my nickel so take it for what its worth

believe it or not....I have asked my JAG....he was a very bright LtCol and had never heard of these types of trusts. We had a very interesting philosophical discussion on firearms and he wished me well in my quest to obtain NFA items.
I ended up getting a trust drawn up by a gun dealer in florida (yeah, yeah, i know) and the JAG office down there WOULDNT TOUCH IT....wouldnt notorize it or look at it....had to get it notorized at UPS for crying out loud!
suffice it to say they have most likely never heard of anything like this!
