I'm from Argentina, and shoot a .308 sniper rifle (mauser 1909 action, 24" 1-12 twist bull barrel FM, and a super sniper 10x42 riflescope).
I don't know how to setup the enviromental conditions to get density altitude results.
Does anyone know how to setup "trayectory" JBM software to get ballistic tables in density altitude results?
Thank you in advance for the answers.

Not 100% sure what it is you are exactly asking but you can vary the barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity values in the atmospheric area of the trajectory inputs in JBM. Make sure the "Std. Atmosphere at Altitude" and "Pressure is Corrected" checkboxes are NOT checked when you run the calculations or you wont get accurate results.

Once you know what the standard pressure is at sea level you can then vary the barometric pressure, temperature, and humidity as you wish. The corresponding atmospheric density will be output on the results screen after you hit the calculate button. Again make sure to read the "Explanation of terms" link and use the "?" links provided by many of the input fields for additional info as some fields are ignored when certain checkboxes are checked/unchecked.

Good luck to you!
