Who the heck is "Frank" and why has this thread been stickied for almost two weeks?

It's as bad as the "cutting foam" thread. If I wanted help to cut foam, I'd search. Don't need a page of stickies to scroll thru every time I open this forum section.

No disrespect intended. There are a dozen or more members with Frank in their usernames. Just wondered who it was and why there has been a sticky here for two weeks.
