POF's cutomer service has always treated me well. I sent my .223 back to them for a minor repair, and not only did they repair the problem, the upgraded the charvging handle for free to a tactical one. and sent me a new hard case. They are good people there. As for the pmags, hopefully they fix your issue. I run them in my .308 and have never had an issue. Good Luck.
