Accurate Ordnance had the AAC Cyclone for 585 and I thought it would be a good first suppressor. Gonna use it on my 284win and my Deviant 6.5x47L when its done. Actually the Deviant will be done well before I get the suppressor! Both rifles are used for long range shooting and although the 30p-1 seems to be this sites favorite I hope the cyclone serves me well! Wouldn't mind hearing from some folks that use the cyclone at distance.

Its a good can. The standard in .30 cans for a while. My only complaint with it, and others have the same complaint, is POI shift. It averages about 5 minutes on the guns it gets used on, but it is consistent. It's also really stout. You will enjoy it, and will probably be filling out another Form 4 shortly after getting it.

Same story here! Just paid for it today. I will admit I all ready have some buyer remorse cause I was literally pacing around my house trying to decide on the 30p-1 or cyclone, but for the price I think I made the right decision.(a few hundred dollars here and there is a big deal for me). Plus KYS says its a good can though not in his top 3, it was enough to push me in the cyclone direction. Mine will be going on my 6.5CM competition gun and my .308. POI change does not bother me as long as it is consistant, keeping the accuracy that my 6.5CM has is what im worried about the most. Hopefully I can give a review around this time next year.

I can't wait to get mine on order, I had a little taste at the range and now I must have one. I will definitely go with the 30p-1 just because they are local.
