Our deal was finalized Tuesday morning. Within 1 hour Jake had sent me pics of everything packaged with shipping labels and tracking info. Everything arrived that Friday. Jake included all Info and paperwork to complete the transaction on my end. His description of everything was 100% accurate. I am more than pleased with everything especially how he handled the entire transaction.
