I ordered a 1930-1970DSFD throwlever from SwitchviewUSA.com last week for my K525i. Turns out it didn't have a cutout for the existing hump on the mag ring, which they showed on the website. I called them up and they basically acknowledged the "awshit" and told me I could swap it for the standard, non-folding ring, go with the 3D printed nylon or get one custom made, which is what I opted for. Turns out enough of us want one that they called me back and sait if I am willing to wait, they will be producing a batch of them and they will swap me out.
Downright proper customer service there. We all f-up at some time or another. How we handle it is what really makes or breaks us.
