I am the second owner, purchased here on SH from another member. Always kept in the safe with the battery removed, and kept meticulous notes of when I used it (length of time on, caliber, and how many rounds fired with it mounted). The only reason I am selling it is to fund a clip-on thermal.
I crudely made the wraps myself since I couldn't find them for it when I got it. haha. It will easily come off without residue, though.
I was told this was one of his first set of retubed PVS-30s and there are superficial scratches on the top plate (covered by the wrap). Collimation isn't perfect, but repeatable. Adjustment is Down 1.0, Left 1.0 mRad.
