Does a KAC rifle have to get rebarreled at the factory if I want a new headspaced bolt? The service information on their site only speaks to repairs.

If you are just replacing the bolt, it should not need to be rebarreled, just check the headspace and firing pin protrusion.
If you want to rebarrel, we'll usually encourage the owner to replace the bolt at the same time, and they go through the normal QA checks for headspace and firing pin protrusion.
