This is a 16" upper off my KAC SR-15. I just moved to a shorter one. This has a couple hundreds rounds through it. Small paint scuff under one of the rail panels. This is a complete upper with the KAC sights. Asking $1300 shipped to you, PayPal net to me, zelle, or venmo.
