The KAC URX ii rail has a integrated flip up front sight (You can't really tell when it's in the down position)

Yup, all mine and all California-legal. If you look closely, they all have a magazine lock device installed and all the magazines are permanently blocked to 10rd even though it may look like 20 or 30 from the outside.
