Received a 525i last week and some Tenebraex caps. Overall I like the caps. They fit great and function great. Only issue I am seeing is that I feel like the way the rear cap is, it seems like it adds some tunneling. Maybe it’s me but has anyone else noticed this or is it just me?

I noticed the same thing on my Delta Stryker. Its a bit of an optical illusion makes the scope picture look small but its just more black round the outside if that makes sense.

At least it looked that way take the rear cover off when looking through it without moving your head.

I noticed this today with caps on the 318i. I figured I’d just use the scopecoat that came with it and if I decide to take it hunting I’ll just put the caps on and deal with it.

Tried the OEM Kahles caps from Tenebraex for K525i yesterday, didn't notice any tunneling issue after put them on.

Which magnification did you notice the tunneling after install the caps? I checked twice between 5-10X, seems good to me.
Could that be the diopter changed when install the ocular cap?
